moderators aren’t doing what they should, how to spot moderator misconduct and how to report it.
Firstly, moderators are on chat avenue to protect and ban people who don’t follow rules, since the sites opening there has been sightings of misconduct and overworked hours with very heavy content they see on the daily…
moderators dont always get the job done, that’s where an admin comes in, being able to ban people from returning, but since people have found ways to evade bans and kicks, admins aren’t able to do much after that, causing stress on what they can and cant do.
for example, user 1 logs in with a VPN, user 1 doesn’t follow the rules, mods kick user 1, user 1 logs out and switches VPN and logs back in with a new account… its as easy as that to evade a kick, ban, or mute.
moderators see content that a normal user wouldn’t see, CSAM, is a serious crime and moderators have to report it to their admins, which go higher in chain of command, they also gain stress by having to see this stuff on a day to day basis…
Also moderators sometimes cut their workload in half, by kicking only people of high priority, they can cut the amount of work they have to do, which also causes more stress on users, which then ends up back on the moderators,
some moderators have “power tripping” moments, where some of them snap. which causes backlash, i have provided a link where to report mods and admins of abusing their powers.

Kick/Ban Inquiries and Mod Complaints/Compliments | #1 Chat Avenue Forums
chat avenue has been having a troll in town, STUDD, who the community is starting to get tired of, #1CAnews is digging deeper into why the community is hating this “man”
We started with asking the_differance of what his views are, of why trolls target people on chat based rooms… we have not recevied a comment yet from the_differance.
users who wished to remain anonymous have told #1CAnews their thoughts on trolls and why they personally think studd should back down from chat aveune.
user 1 – we should have better logging of people who visit the website and report people who go too far to the admins and possibly law enforcement
user 2 – I think chat Ave should stop letting guests in, it would make everyone more easier to ID
user 3 – Studd should just chill out, this site shouldn’t be taken serious, its just a chatroom, right?
Staff at chat aveune are overworked, not paid, unliked. They aren’t always able to help, and some people don’t seem to notice that, on another fact, Staff at chat aveune told #1canews that users can simply evade a ban by just switching vpn’s or even clearing cookies from their broswer, this leads people to make alt accounts and even pretend to be someone they aren’t, Studd has been using vpn’s and is simply making staff stop caring, since “he just comes back” said an mod who remains anonymous.
